Product Description

Nothing feels as good as natural fibres in a shirt. This 100% cotton shirting is a real find because it has a white dobby stripe running lengthwise along the fabric. Bold plaids are popular for shirts. Cut pockets, yokes, cuffs and plackets on the bias to avoid having to match the plaid. This is a yarn dyed uneven plaid.

Care:

Gentle machine wash in warm water separately using gentle cleaner (Eucalan wash recommended). Dryer on low heat. Press with steam on cotton setting with teflon foot to avoid shine.

Sewing:

Universal or sharp needle 80/12. Quality cotton or poly thread such as Mettler Metrosene. Stitch length 2.5.

Pattern Layout:

Uneven plaid with lengthwise dobby stripe. Allow extra fabric to match plaid. Repeat is every 5-1/2 in (3.9 cm)
