The Perennial Pant is a practical and quick to make pant pattern that you will reach for over and over again. The fold-over elastic waist and loose-fitting cut makes it comfortable. The front waist pleats take out extra bulk at the tummy area. The optional hem dart gives them that Japanese gardener pant style.

Pattern includes all sizes (XS to XXL). Pattern does not include seam allowances.

There's a lot of versatility in this pattern.

Beach Pants: Make it in a drapey batik rayon, cropped with pockets.

Palazzo Style: Eliminate the hem dart and pocket.

Casual Style: Make it in linen and add the pocket.

PJ's: Funky cotton prints, without the waist pleats and hem dart.

Elegant Style: Drapey silk, rayon, velvet or knits.
