Kwik-Sew was recently purchased by McCalls Pattern Company. According to some members of Patternreview.com, the quality that customers have come to expect from Kwik-Sew is not being maintained. For example, patterns are printed on tissue and sizes are not colour-coded. The pattern envelopes are smaller. The envelopes and instructions are printed on cheaper paper.
The patterns sold here are from the original Kwik-Sew company and have the qualities that the founder, the late Kersten Martensson strived for. Quantites are limited and once they are gone, they are gone for good.
Many of these patterns are classics that are highly recommended by sewers on Patternreview.com.
KWIK●SEW Patterns must be the best patterns offered on the home sewing market. No corners will ever be cut to cheapen our product. Our slogan "We strive to be BEST by always being BETTER" must be faithfully followed... always.
--Kersten Martensson, Founder of KWIK●SEW
