This flattering flared skirt with easy pocket option finishes
just above the ankle. It has a comfortable smooth front
waistband with elastic back. The pattern may be cut on the bias
or on the straight of grain.
Suggested Fabrics:
Soft, light to medium weight fabrics, woven or knit with 25% or
less stretch. Allow extra fabric for shrinkage and for matching
stripes or plaids.
