waist. The pattern is for ankle length skirts. If you prefer a

Suggested Fabrics:
Soft, lightweight, drapey fabrics, woven or knit with 25% or
less stretch in cotton, rayon, silk, microfibre, and
doubleknits. Allow extra fabric for shrinkage and for matching
