and mainland USA on all orders of

Once you are happy with
the order, click on the "submit" button.
This creates secure
128 bit encrypted e-mail order request to
Distinctive Sewing Supplies. Do NOT press
your Enter key but use the Tab key to move from
field to field. The Enter Key will submit
your data before you are finished. If this
happens just start over and put a note in the
comments field. We will always refer to
the most recent order and not process a
duplicate. If we are in doubt, we will
confirm first.

We will take your order
information and prepare an invoice, that will
calculate totals, taxes, shipping & handling.
These invoice details will be e-mailed to you so
you know what you are getting.

After you submit an order it is a
good idea to watch for an email from Distinctive
Sewing Supplies. Sometimes we need
clarification on of item and can't process the
order until we hear from you.
If you wish a confirmation
of the order BEFORE processing to your credit
card, please request it in the comments field of
the Order Form. Shipping amounts in an
Order Confirmation will be an approximation
only.

If you are paying by Mastercard
or VISA we will not process the payment until
the item is shipped.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. We
only ship to Canadian and U.S. (mainland) addresses.

If you are are paying by cheque
we will hold your order until the cheque clears
the banking system. If you pay by money
order, the items are shipped as soon as it
is received.

All orders are shipped
by Canada Post and should arrive within 3 to 14
business days.

For U.S.
residents: All U.S. duties or
other taxes that may be assessed on the goods
are your responsibility to pay. Purchases are in
Canadian dollars and can be paid by VISA,
Mastercard, Canadian dollar Money Order or
cheque drawn on a Canadian bank. Goods will be
shipped through the Canadian and U.S. postal
systems. One metre is equivalent to 1.09 yards;
one yard is 36" while one metre is approximately
39"; think of it as a "bonus"!
