The Misses' Shirts are designed for lightweight woven fabrics. We suggest cotton, cotton types, linen, challis, silk, broadcloth, chambray, rayon and rayon blends.

The Misses' shirt has a collar, a collar stand, a double yoke, an optional breast pocket, and a shirt tail hemline. View A has long sleeves with cuffs. View B has short sleeves.

Fabric Recommendations:  Drapey rayon fabric from The Batik Butik is perfect for this shirt and the main reason it was chosen for our pattern offering.  The short sleeve version in a fun print such as Lagoon Cheeky Cats or Sizzle Paws Here makes for a smart Hawaiian shirt look without being slouchy.

For a crisp, classical look, the long sleeve version made up in one of our imported Egyptian cotton shirting fabrics, with pearl style buttons will do the trick!
