Design Considerations:

Crinkle rayons are definitely a popular choice. The hand manipulation of dyes creates a unique and flattering effect. It is ideal for flowing skirts, tops and dresses.

The photo to the left is Vogue Pattern No. 8258. The crinkle fabric is perfect for the gathered tiers. I left off the lace as I think the texture and variation in colour give the garment enough flare.
