Mohave Ropes

This splendid and rich red brown and slate effect fabric is created by hand-manipulating and dyeing in the batik fabric in Bali. The hand dyeing process creates a wonderful textured background.  Cream coloured ropes and knots have been batiked using wax resist to create a lovely up & down design.  This original design was created by Lois Ericson of Design & Sew.

Mohave Ropes is new for Fall 2006 and a brand new colourway.  It coordinates beautifully with BR480 Mohave Knots.
